Strip Fused Disconnector Structure Features and Applications

The strip fuse disconnector consists of a base, a base, a cover, a handle, and a protective cover. The fuse is mounted on the cover and is used directly as a movable contact blade; the handle is fan-shaped and rotates along the fulcrum of the base, and the cover is divided and closed together with the fuse, which has a large space distance and an obvious disconnection point . The base and the base can be easily disassembled to facilitate the safe and reliable installation of the base on the bus bar. The arc extinguishing grid is installed on the base to ensure the switch breaking capacity. Its compact structure is composed of modules. From the viewpoint of the density of the mountable, it has the best loading conditions, and the price is about 2/3 of that of the circuit breaker with the same capacity.
The fuse switch is mainly used in occasions where the load feeder and the power distribution system are not manually disconnected. For example: power stations and related industries can be used as overload and short circuit protection of switchboards; substations and cable branch boxes; main distribution systems in commercial buildings.
Strip-type fuse disconnectors are used in low-voltage cable branch boxes, which are composed of metal boxes and busbar systems. They are widely used in substations, industrial and mining enterprises, on both sides of street roads, in residential quarters, and in high-rise buildings.
The cable branch box adopting the strip switch fully utilizes the protection characteristic curve of the fuse to realize the effective protection of the cable; it is sturdy, practical and beautiful; the installation is quick and the construction is convenient; the wiring is reduced, and the loop is easy to increase.
